I’m Simona Rosenfield, a Quebec-based journalist, storyteller, and communications specialist with diverse experiences in reporting, multimedia, and strategic narrative content creation.

My work has appeared in local and national news outlets, including CBC, Cabin Radio, CTV, The Montreal Gazette, Global News, Reader’s Digest, and The Eastern Door.

In 2022, I led the launch of the Kanien’kehá:ka language resource Sharing Our Stories, overseeing its creative direction and working closely with community partners and storytellers.

I produce audio and video stories for private oral history and genealogy collections, as well as for news outlets.

Textile Art
Beyond writing, I explore storytelling through textile art, using wild harvested materials and textures to create baskets, carpets, and other handcrafted products.
